1.What is a live webinar session?

A live webinar session is a real time session that requires just an electronic device to get connected with internet for webinars. You can browse and book live webinar at your convenience and thereby saving cost of travel when you can learn from the comforts of your facility or home.

 

2.What if I miss my webinar at the scheduled time? Can the session be viewed later or be transferred to a friend?

In case you miss your session at the scheduled time, you can transfer the session to your friend by sending an email to (email id). You must provide participant’s name and contact details so we can contact the easily. If you wish to attend the session later, you can avail the benefits of recorded sessions available online. If you would like to attend the session you skipped, you can contact our team at (ph).

 

3.What is the duration of a webinar?

Webinars stretch for 60 minutes in general, they may span for 90 minutes in some cases.

 

4.Can the date and time of webinar be changed if they don’t suit me?

You can choose for DVD recordings or buy a webinar transcript if webinar timings do not suit you. However, we also accept requests to replay the sessions at the schedule that you wish to attend. You can seek help of our customer care for the same.

 

5.How much time does it take to receive a transcript?

If you wish to receive an electronic transcript, you must provide a correct mailing address so that we can send you the material within a period of 10 days.

 

6.How long does it take to receive the ordered DVD?

It takes around 10 working days to deliver ordered DVD once the live session has been conducted.

 

7.How to register for a webinar?

You can register a webinar using any one of the following methods: You can register for the same online from the option under the webinar section. You can also call our customer care at +1-830-256-0384 to get the session registered. Or else you can email your complete details at cs@24x7conference.com to register for the session. You can download the order form and email it to cs@24x7conference.com.

 

8.How to attend the webinar?

You can attend the webinar by simply login with your credentials from any electronic device-phone, tablet, iPad, desktop, laptop with a good internet connection.

To attend the session, you need to follow two simple steps:

9.When will I receive my login credentials and materials for upcoming webinar?

You will receive your login credentials in your registered email address, 24 hours before the webinar starts. Materials for downloading will be available for download 24 hours prior the commencement of the webinar.

 

10.How do I ask questions and when?

You will be provided with a set of instructions on how to ask questions from the speaker at the end of the webinar. In general, last 15 minutes are reserved for clearing doubts of the attendees.

 

11.How do I obtain CEUs for a DVD or an electronic transcript?

You will be provided with a set of instructions for accessing your CEU certificate and CEU index number along with DVD. If it is an electronic transcript, you will be sent guidelines to access the same on your registered email address.

 

12.How do I make payment?

You can made payments using any of your major cards such as Visa, Master Card, American Express, and PayPal. We comply by PCI DSS regulations as per which we do not store your card’s information in any form ensuring your card’s security.
